Located high in the beautiful country of the Tibetan Autonomous Prefectures in Sichuan Province, the Xiang Gen Poor Aid School was founded in 1999 by Xiang Gen Rinpoche and serves both orphans and rural children in this poverty-stricken region.  Due to the extreme poverty in the region it is difficult for families to send their children to school.  For orphans and children of single parents, finding money to attend school is even harder.  You can help these children by becoming a sponsor.  Your sponsorship of $10 a month provides the tuitioin that will allow the children to receive an education and help with some of their basic needs.  As a sponsor, you will receive two updates a year. Due to the harsh conditions in this region it is too difficult for them to provide more.  There may be limited opportunity to send you sponsored child a letter or make additional differences in their lives.  Make a difference in the life of one of these eager students today.
