There are over
1,000,000 children in China who are growing up without a
family to love them. Only 2% of these children will ever be
adopted.
China is working to establish the Orphan Relief Fund to help them care
for the parentless and special needs children. Hands of Hope is our gift back to our children's homeland to show them both our gratitude and our belief that China cares about the well-being of every orphan in their care. Angel Covers and Love Without Boundaries are thrilled to announce their partnership with the Philip Hayden Foundation to complete construction of the Hands of Hope Wall! The Philip Hayden Foundation graciously offered to complete the Hands of Hope Wall at the Shepherd's Field Children's Village playground area just outside of Bejing.  The Shepherd's Field
Children's Village and Hands of Hope Wall grand opening is scheduled on September 23, 2005. The Village will provide a wonderful permanent home for the
wall with easy access for families who want to visit. The village
is designed to be a model of family environment for care of the special
needs children who are its residents. SFCV also has an on-site
facility where all families can stay. This will allow you to
spend time at the wall, volunteer to work with the children, and gain a
more personal understanding of the day to day life at PHF. Because PHF is located near Bejing, it is close enough for you to go
the village and spend as much time as your travel plans allow. Additional tiles are available through the Philip Hayden Foundation.
